If you haven’t found the property that you were looking for, look no further. We offer our customers a full design and build service. We can design your home for you or if you wish you may use your own design. You will probably have made some rough sketches but these will need to be put into proper blueprints. Without these you won’t get building permission. Our architect can work together with you to create the home of your dreams. A good Architect is as important as a good lawyer, doctor, accountant or any other professional. You need someone who knows and more importantly, is familiar with local conditions, rules and regulations. Fees for blueprints are calculated per square metre of the building. The price will include the final plans and the copies necessary for approval by the Chamber of Architects and for your building permit. It should also include preparations of the memoria, or building specifications which includes items such as the size of pipes, the formula for the concrete, and the type of materials to be used. You may wish to be involved at this stage, choosing electrical and bathroom fittings and tiles fo the kitchen and bathrooms. At this time you also need to think about the placements of shelves, cupboards and window frames. In regard to Windows, you need to decide whether you want these in UPVC, hardwood or aluminium.
All of this needs to be given careful thought, but take your time to get it right and the rewards are great. You will have your own individually designed house under the Turkish sun.
